KYRA MDR provides comprehensive management features for user settings, team administration, reporting, and billing.


Settings

Profile

  • Display name and avatar
  • Profile photo upload (supports images up to 10 MB)
  • Email address
  • Timezone configuration (displayed in top bar clock)
  • Language preference (English, Korean, Japanese)
  • Payment Method card: displays the card on file or an “Add Payment Method” button to enter billing details

Two-Factor Authentication

  • TOTP-based 2FA with authenticator app support
  • Backup recovery codes
  • Enable/disable toggle

API Keys

  • Create and manage API keys for programmatic access
  • Key name, expiration date, and scope configuration
  • Copy key value on creation (shown only once)
  • Revoke existing keys to immediately invalidate access

Team Management

  • Invite team members by email
  • Assign roles (Admin, Analyst, Viewer)
  • Manage active sessions
  • Remove team members

Integrations

  • Configure third-party integrations (Slack, email, webhook)
  • Test notification delivery

View auto-discovered log sources from connected collectors.

Click Configure on any source to create a parser configuration:

  • Hostname pattern: Regex to match hostnames for this parser
  • Program pattern: Regex to match program names
  • Format hint: Select the log format — JSON, CEF, KV, or plain text
  • Field aliases: Map raw field names to normalized field names

Notification Preferences

  • Configure notification channels (in-app, email)
  • Set severity thresholds for alerts
  • Enable/disable notification types
  • Toggles for Weekly Reports and System Maintenance notifications persist correctly across sessions

Reports

Generate security reports on demand or on a schedule:

  • Report types: Executive summary, incident report, compliance report, threat landscape
  • Formats: PDF, CSV
  • Scheduling: Daily, weekly, monthly
  • Delivery: Download or email delivery
  • Progress tracking: Monitor report generation status

Audit Logs

Comprehensive audit trail of all user and system actions:

  • User logins and logouts
  • Alert status changes
  • Incident lifecycle events
  • Settings modifications
  • API key creation/deletion
  • Filtering by user, action type, and date range
  • Export for compliance audits

Notifications

  • Real-time alert notifications with severity-based filtering
  • Unread count badge in the top bar
